I probably prefer checking turn and betting river than going for value on both. Seems ambitious to have something like TT or Ax call both streets on a three-flush board.

I think that if we bet turn and get a call, we should not bet river.
If as MJ suggest we x turn, we can xc river.

I don't think that you have here 3 streets of vale. You have only 8 hands on him, so you should consider him as a TAG, and as TAG I don't think that he can have worse A hand. (AQ, AJ should raise you MP vs EP).
I would bet flop 2/3 pot, turn 1/2, and river 40% ( or check / call river if he bets <60% pot)

Me, would bet less in all of those streets.
The board is dry, so smaller bets already seems tough to villain call it down.

For some reason, I participated him as a fish during the hand and the plan for fish is usually bet three streets for value with TPGK. Now he looks more like an aggro (fish?), but hard to judge in just a few hands.

Oh I actually missed his stats that makes 3 streets more plausible then.

The 3 barrels aren't (all) only for value, especially the last one is more of a blocking bet. You sometimes have to make them, because checking and calling a pot-sized bet (that is likely to come) is hard to do. You might trick yourself into folding when you shouldn't. It depends on the opponent. While this is the human side of affairs, a blocking bet can have better EV than a check, even if you don't fold too much if he bets. (It depends on the opponents range and the board.) I am not sure here what is best, and all posts make some sort of sense.

I think that you can bet a bit smaller OTR but otherwise well played. Vs. a player like this, you should be able to get some mild value from worse Ax. I think you can comfortably bet/fold here.
