Hand recorder for this hand: PokerStrategy.com SideKick 2.1.30112.9

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A♥, Q♦
SB posts small blind ($0,01), BB posts big blind ($0,02), MP2 folds, Hero raises for $0,06, 3 folds, BB calls

Flop: ($0,13 - 6.50 bb) A♠, K♣, 5♠ (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0,10, BB raises for $0,30, Hero calls

Turn: ($0,73 - 36.50 bb) 6♦ (2 Players)
BB bets $0,48, Hero calls

River: ($1,69 - 84.50 bb) 3♣ (2 Players)
BB bets $0,84, Hero folds, BB gets uncalled back ($0,84)

Is my assumption that trying to catch some crazy plays from villains here is not worth it right? I guess we could fold on the turn already as it doesn't change much, but it feels somewhat weak to do so, plus villain could be continuing w/FDs and air (?) here.

Well, you were willing to call on the turn, and while the 3♣: completes a straight, it's highly unlikely that he has 24 or 47. So basically, that 3♣: doesn't change anything. So if you were gonna fold, you should have done it on the turn. But since you called the turn, I think you should have called the river.

We do not have stats and cannot tell for sure that villain cannot have certain hands.
Well played.

I think we can call this turn, and them see what villain does at the river, since we have position on him.
With this situation where he took the lead on flop, and didnt stopped firing... river is a fold for sure.

I agree. There is nothing that commits us to keep calling on blanks. Turn fold would be okay as well.

I think this was well played. Villains line is value heavy for sure.

Lots of players double barrel and give up, so I don't mind call turn/fold river. The 3c doesn't change anything, but our opponent's bet does.

Folding turn is totally acceptable too.
