Man, I wish I could say that I wouldnt... but I think I would actually play this the same way.
U kept his range wide, and I believe he can be pushing w strong middle pairs believing that u are in a draw or something (I can be wrong here).

What he showed up?

A 5x opening raise is indeed weird. I would fold right away with AQo.
You need to hit top pair or better to continue on the flop and that happened in approximately 1/3 of the time. As played I would play the hand the same way on his pot size bets on flop and turn.

So maybe not so wrong played from me. But I am always suspicious when someone play a hand weird. May be fold preflop could save me. But AQo is still a good hand and hard to fold. On this board even harder. I am not sure what kind of hands that i beat could be in his range. If he made that kind of play only with better hands i am in very bad situation.

Folding pre seems really reasonable if u think u HAVE to hit to be in good shape, posflop gets really hard to fold.
Maybe, and I m concluding this just after all of this info, he wouldnt do this turn bet w less than tptk, making a fold correct.
