How to improve my button winrate?

Hi,

I have been having problems with my button since forever. It has always been the same as my cutoff winrate (around 20bb). I am currently playing 10NL 6max.

What could possibly be the reason for this? What common filters shall I use in my HEM to identify the leaks I have?

Any suggestions are welcome.

Check your 3bet by position stats as your button 3bet should be higher than anywhere else. Also what is your RFI from the button as this should also be fairly wide so you can steal a lot.
