From stats I'd say the guy is bad player but is TPTK here enough?

definitely enough. This type of guy is often going broke with A3o, a FD, or even 23o. You should pay attention though, because some of them are agressive with two pairs + only.

Don't make me blush I tried my best, but wait for the comments of Tribun.

Concerning your bad session, don't beat yourself, everyone has bad sessions, and everyone also has times where he doesn't play his best game... And everyone tends to play unusually long session (you mentionned 4k hands, is it your standard?) when he is losing and should be playing shorter sessions

I think fold to cb stats would help us a lot in taking a decision!!
I agree is 3 bet range is wide, but what about is calling range of our push??
He will call with dominated hands/fd or just 2 pair+ ?

I think worse aces are a big part of his calling range here
against FD u have blocker+redraw which is nice also
