I think preflop we cannot fold to 3bet
Flop is a standard call. His cbet is very low, but he can have many draws in his range, and as we have seen in the other hand, he can slowplay big hands.
The turn is not the best, but its not that bad either. His turn and river cbets are higher ( of course this can be due to the low Fcbet) so at this point I have decided to call the cbet and call the River as well. Because of the other hand I think he might x the turn with KK and also might x the flop with QQ. KQ in most of the time is calling pre, AK might not cbet the flop. The only hands I can see barelling the turn are fd-s and AA. Sometimes an AK with diamonds aswell.
Otr we have 33% to call. I think he will leave some hands (AK or Kxs) to x/c the river, so his value range imo is very tight. But he can have fd-s like J6s,J5s,96s or so on
