I don't know much about tournament play but I think we don't have to shove with over 20bb stack so I would just make a normal 3bet. I think that standard 3x would work well?

In 1.50 all in here is right move. most villans will call with AJ+
If villan opens lite and dont can fold to 3bet we can 3bet here to 150 with value hands and small suited A as bluff.
3x 3bet really bad with 20bb stack. If villans calls pot is 19bb and we are left with 11bb. SPR is 0.5 and we have to push all flops any way. Its just to expensive for bluffs if we have any there. And for value hands its better to push pre then let villan see flop and know his equty. Most villans calls 3x 3bet with the same range they call all in.
That makes sense. Maybe it is better to shove in that case.
He is also opening 3x in a hyper and that’s pretty big. So if you want to make a normal 3bet you need to invest more than 1/3 of your stack and then you are committed anyway. So I would shove here as well.
