I’m not a fan of calling pre-flop with a 20bb stack out of position with ATs.
Only if you think you have a decent amount of fold equity I would shove here as 2nd in chips.

As played I would check/shove the flop with top pair, because with every raise you committing yourself with a shove.

I think you could shove this pre with 20bb stack. And as played I don't really see point in minraising flop. So shove at least OTF.
