As you can see, a limper is a 70 VP fish and I did want to isolate him, but didn't know if I should shove all-in or just 4x raise him, since SB and BB were under 13BBs in effective stack. I know it was mistake folding, but I just took the safe way without thinking about EV and thought I better just review this hand here. Thank you.
