3bb/100 winrate at 5/10 LHE SH is 30/100?

NL is ussually counted in Big Blinds and on NL200 BB is $2, it will be $14/100 hands.
In FL BB is ussually BigBet and $30 / 100 hand is correct number.

In Pokertracker every BB is big bet = 2 big blinds.
So in NL200 7BB/100 is $28/100
In FL5/10 3BB/100 is $30/100

Everything above 0 is good if you start playing.
1BB/100 should be normal for a winning player. As there are a lot bad players I expect a lot players having 2-3BB/100.
