I’m no fan to play a hand like JJ out of position post-flop against a 3bet, because you need to hit a set to be sure to win this hand and there you don’t get the implied odds for. I would most likely 4bet to 12k and if he 5 bets shoved than I would fold. Then it’s easier to play this hand I think and I expect he will still fold a lot if you 4bet here.
