I dont see any draws reraising me here except the straight so i was quite unsure what to do here. Should i call him? and if i do should i be calling again on the next card if it isnt scary? His stats seem kind of fishy but I dont think i have enough hands on him to be sure.

This was an x/f for me against a 20/20 and 18/14. Why did you decide to lead?
As played, fold OTF.
A 20/20 isn't a fish in my experience.

What is your plan when you call preflop ?
I agree that a 20/20 is definitely not a fish

We can put pressure preflop with our hand. BU likes to 3b.
Flop is a xc.

I would 4bet this pre. BU is lose enough to believe we are ahead with JJ. I would fold to push from CO and play for stacks with BU.

I agree with 4-bet. By calling we are sucking CO in. Not good with JJ.

As played, donking flop is a big no-no. The donking range (against suspected regs like this dude) should be sets and the occasional draws. (The latter only if you need to balance.) If he has a big pair (or a Q), then you are pretty much certain to get stacks in because regs are taught to raise donks "for protection".

I prefer 4betting this pre flop.
