Your line is bad. 3bet bigger pre. Do not make it x3 his raise. Make it as much as you think he will pay - this is NL2. And this is a fish - a fish will even pay you 10-15bb preflop. So, please 3bet bigger.

This flop you can check fold or you can cbet. Check calling i think is the worst line as the board kind of hits his calling range and you lose initiative and are drawing to 6 outs best scenario if you are behind. What do you do if you miss the turn and he fires again ?

Why do you lead the turn when you hit? When he raises you - i believe i would fold.

Don't know, but you hand is kind of face up. My "read" says "they always have it here" and my (single) brain-cell says it would be horribly exploitable if we folded.

Alright, one extra piece of info (although you can see it from villain's stats); he is perceived as an aggressive fish.

If he is aggressive fish, you should let him do the betting and get to showdown.
I do not like the turn bet.

I'd probably bet the flop with the Ks. While we do have some SD value vs. this player, this is a pretty bad board with a lot of unfavorable runouts. I'd check/call the turn as played (depending on his bet) and go from there. Probably check/deciding most all rivers.
