Hero (SB): $14.62 (146.2 bb)
BB: $3.09 (30.9 bb)
UTG: $9.05 (90.5 bb)
MP: $13.67 (136.7 bb)
CO: $16.37 (163.7 bb)
BTN: $11.95 (119.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J♥: J♣:
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.35, Hero raises to $1.10, BB folds, BTN calls $0.75

Flop: ($2.30) 8♠: 3♠: Q♠: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($2.30) 7♠: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $1.15, Hero folds

Villain is 43/28 over 68 hands.

How to play flop? Can we really bet for value? Also there is so many bad turns that can come.

By cbetting we turn our hand into a bluff? Help me ♦

I would cbet here. One and done. It has huge fold equity.
As played I don't think you can stab turn because the chance of villain having a flush is too big. He should be stabbing you with 100% but still I think it is a fold.

We have to cbet this flop. By not doing so we give him opportunity to bet and move us out of the pot, not knowing where we are.

Yeah, Although it seems like a horrible flop to C-bet, it is nearly impossible for villain to call if he doesn't have a spade in his hand, giving you a tonne of fold equity.
