i'd raise more preflop, esp. cause you're oop

utg limp is weakness, what stats does he have? any history?
call flop, raise turn is strong. vs unknown i'd have a hard time here with overpair.
i put him on set/2 pair, maybe K:hQ:h, Q:hJ:h, Q:h9:h, K:hJ:h. but for 100BB i guess i'd shove too and take a note.

btw, did you suck out on QTo?

I'd put him on 55 or pair+fd (2 pair seldom). Bluff is very rare here.

Unless you have some reads turn should be b/f, since he has here a lot of times two pair+
