This is needed only to balance the 75% of the time when you are weak and check back. Whether slowplaying has higher EV than betting in this case is another issue.

I do not like xb. There are a ton of cards that will kill the action on turn.
Bet flop.

I would just play straight forward and bet the flop. Many weaker hands will call and as nitrol already said, there are many cards that will kill the action.
