I approach these problems by first excluding one option. In this case I exclude check-call for the reason that the hand is not strong enough to check-call. It may be strong enough to bet-fold.

My personal bet-fold range is almost always weaker than the check-call range. The reason is that a lost check-call usually costs more than a lost bet-fold. Consequently you need a stronger hand simply because you often face a big bet compared to your would-be block-bet. Here you simply can't call a 75% bet OTR with TT. (Of course, hand-reading with quality into the voodoo category might change things.) If things are close, like for QQ/KK, then villains tendencies must decide. Check-call aggressive opponents and bet-fold versus passive ones. (Of course, villain-reading with quality into the voodoo category might change things.)

Between bet-fold and check-fold, I don't know.

I like it as played mostly. I may bet the turn smaller. We want weakerhands to call and fold comfortably vs a raise here

Board is paired, there are flush and straight possibilities. I do not like investing on river. Our hand is worth 2 streets.

I think b/f and x/c are both ok, depends on villain..
