Hi, Luischiavo, gratz with the new status. Have not heard from you quite a while!
As played, I would bet at minimum 3/4 OTF for protection and value on such a wet board.
I don't think you need to raise OTT when such a scary card comes
OTR I would also check down and should he has bet, I would most likely fold coz I don't see many weaker hands play aggressively OTR here.

Flop bet could be bigger indeed. The turn is tricky. I’m not sure why he would bet that small. It looks like he would like to see a cheap river card or so and then I don’t think a raise is so bad here for value and protection. If I raise I would make it around 600 in total.

This hand is not mine, my friend played it.
I'd also bet bigger on flop, (+- 300). I think raising OTT is good, but I prefer calling for pot control since all draws got there. Turn connects so well with opponent's range that I prefer calling his min bet (that I see as strenght) to make river decisions easier. Pot will be smaller and if he bets big I believe we can fold. OTR I will always check behind since if we bet there is no worst hands calling us.
