First of all I have moved the hand to the hand discussion forum, because its fits better there.

I expect he could best 3bet with a wider range than you suggested here. Otherwise a fold would be better for sure. He could 3bet pretty much all pocket pairs and some weaker aces as well. So I would shove here with the fold equity that we have here as well.

If you suggest that vilain 3bets with no bluffs than you need to presume that you have no FE thus that should make you to easily fold your hand. Otherwise, you are underdog against his calling range. You should also tend to include more weaker hands into villains 3bet range if he has position on you. If he doesn't not I would not be against calling him OTF and see what he does OTF. In the former case scenario I would be shoving or folding much more than flatting.

How confident are you that he never 3 bet bluffs?? Or what makes you think he never does, did you have a live tell?

If you're absolutely sure he never 3 bet bluffs then it's probably a fold, but without that I think it's fine to 4bet shove here

I don't have any solid tells for this particular player. In fac this player is a better player and more likely to 3b bluff if given the opportunity. However, just as a generalisation for live players. Because other players don't tend to fold to 3b's often they tend to flat/fold a lot of hands that would normally be an easy 3b bluff online.

Generally, players only 3b for value, but tend to 3b wider ( sometimes too wide for value). If anyone's capable of 3b bluffing me it would be this guy. Anyone else I would expect to see JJ+, AQ+ 95% of the time.

I guess it all comes down to your impression of the player, if he is only ever 3betting JJ+, AQ+ then its obviously best to fold, but its quite specific to narrow someone down to such a tight range.

If he's a good player he will 3bet lighter especially if he's seen you show down some weaker hands or if you've been aggro pre flop, but again thats all down to live tells and remembering how you and the villian have been playing
