My personal opinion is that a bigger raise looks stronger than a min raise. So that’s the opposite what you think. The reason is that if you raise bigger that you invest more and then it would be bad if you would raise with a wider range. So I would min raise here and call a potential shove.
As played I would still Cbet. He could have a draw or Ax you want to protect against and now I would stack off as well.

Anything you raise outside your NORM with a short stack, looks strong, which means to thinking players this is a dead give away you have a strong hand. If your standard is 2x then 2x everything, don't make exceptions for good hands. If you for example shove small pocket pairs and broadways for 15bb from this spot, mix in doing it with AA and KK as well

Definitely agree with that, if you've been shoving a lot recently then its best just to shove here. Often players will interpret a normal raise as being stronger than a 15BB shove and call your shove a lot wider

Yes, I understand. Nevertheless, shouldn't we presume that there are predominantly fun and passive, "nonthinking" players at this stakes and they don't take a note of what hands my sizes connected with previosly especially when we don't have much history.

Some people certainly do play like that, of the players behind you only the CO looks loose (admitedly the sample size is low).
Obv here you want someone to call either a raise of some sorts, it all depends on what you think the opponents are more likely to call based on how they have been playing and how they have seen you play. I don't think there is a one size fits all solution.

No FPS needed in 180 men imo, just minraise pre (even if you're shoving the last hands, ppl aren't thinking ) cbet / get it in on flop. People stack off the weirdest hands
