i got an E-Mail that i would get some free money on 888-Poker if i registered on the site using the link in the Mail. I did so some weeks ago, but i never received anything. Can you please look that up?

In getting this Hi KTMKENNY, Unfortunately your free money transfer to 888poker was declined because it is not tracked through PokerStrategy. There is no option to change that.
Seems odd as this is where I applied for the bonus..
That would make me super mad if that would be the case.
Because i clicked that link in the mail and did exactly was i was told to do...
And after that nothing ever happend...
Im actually tracked for Strategy Points at 888-Poker.
So not doing it right isnt the Problem here i guess.
Plz ship the money@ps so i can hunt down the bonus :-)

It may be best if you opened a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.

I registered on netbet poker and my login name is Chipmaster29 but my player name is Chipmaster30 because for some reason you can't use your login name as your player name, but now I don't know what name to put in on this site for my bonus...can someone please help me out?
According to this page it says username which to me would be your login-name.
You can always write a ticket to PokerStrategy Support by clicking https://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/support/ , scrolling to the bottom and clicking write a ticket.
