OTF I think we either way behind or way ahead so I think that calling is best to continue with his whole range

OTT not really sure about sizing but generally I think I should have bet bigger to shove or call OTR with better odds (like 22.5 bb)

OTR I came to a conclusion that folding was a very big mistake and I would at worst cas scenario assign him something like that

The SB looks like a fish. So he could call a lot wider pre-flop that you will expect here. So He could have a decent amount of 2 pair and even the straight here that he played weird on the turn, but I would check the turn and her-evaluate the river. I don’t see much value in betting here and the river is a easy fold in my opinion.

I would 3bet slightly bigger, 9-10BB because the CO may still call, but his stats probably say he won't

Surely you have to bet the turn? There's still plenty of hands that can call 9x, JT, TT, FD, maybe Tx and sometimes 5x

Ok, I may be overoptimistic about his ability to think logically, but can't find a solid reason why "fold" should be so easy?

Not many fish can bluff shove a river
With 4 cards to a straight out I don't think a fish will shove the river with TP or even 2 pair, to me it looks like he has a 7.
Donk Bet the flop with a gutshot, c/c when he hits it, shoves the river. Looks like the line many fish take

In your ranges I would certainly include A7

You are probably correct there, it's something I wouldnt normally do but maybe something I should do more

I agree with slippyjim, no way they are bluff shoving the river. Solid fold there, I'd put them on 6-7 or 7-9 (donks love playing an overly bloated pot out of position with suited connectors). On that board I wouldn't see the advantage in betting turn with our hand. Although I can't say they wouldn't have gotten a smaller bet paid on the river
