SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has T♦ T♠

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, SB raises to 2.5 BB, Hero calls 1.5 BB

Flop: (5 BB, 2 players) A♦ 9♣ 4♠
SB checks, Hero bets 3.1 BB, SB calls 3.1 BB

Turn: (11.2 BB, 2 players) 7♣
SB checks, Hero bets 5.36 BB, SB calls 5.36 BB

River: (21.92 BB, 2 players) 8♣
SB checks, Hero checks

Will come to this hand a bit later, but I think Ax would not check OTR so I could have go AI and bluff off pairs and OP

TT would be a clear 3bet in a blind against blind situation I think and the SB seems not too tight either.
As played I would play the hand the same way. I don’t think you get much better to fold and if he called worse hands is also questionable.

I would definitely 3bet pre here
I have seen people play Ax hands like this before, particularly by tricky players or if he thinks you're an aggressive player and will bet the turn and river as a bluff.

I don't think there is any point in betting the river
