Vs standaard opponent I would also say that his value range consists only of hands that beat yours on a J66 board. Of course some players are incredibly bad but I would need to see proof of this first. The only hands you are hoping to beat here when you stack off are 99,88 and 77 which is around 1.5% of all hands. He is willing it seems to stack off, of course it could be a shove to make you fold but it just feels unlikely. Know that when villain seems eager to get it all in and wants a call, it means he wants to go to showdown. People who want to go to showdown have no more bluffing range, which means only his value range remains. You generally do not beat a value range here so vs this shove I would fold actually, but I wouldn't have raised in the first place. You have showdown value with your TT, which means you should try to get to exactly that, showdown, and as cheaply as possible. Raising here does not achieve that at all and by doing so you are narrowing down his range, and if he is bluffing well great just let him bet (if he bets and you calls you keep his range wide which means there are still bluffs in there, whereas your raise will NARROW down his range) and you should just call I would say, see what happens on the river and re-assess.

I'd agree with everything that's already been said, I'd just call here and try to get to showdown as cheaply as possible.
If villain bets the river then you probably haven't got the best hand, unless it's a 10, so you could even fold, unless he's someone who likes a triple barrel bluff

I thought that I could raise for info OTT here and fold to an action but my mistake was that we I underestimate my hand sd value and chance to win the pot for the almost the same price even if he bets the river.

Agree with slippyjim. Can't see a worst hand calling your raise OTT since all his value range hands beats your TT. I'd fold OTT depending on player stats/notes, sometimes calling, but never raising.
