Pre-Flop: (180) A♠ Q♣ dealt to Hero (CO)
2 folds, Hero raises to 300, 2 folds, BB calls 180

Flop: (660) J♠ 4♠ 4♦ (2 Players)
BB bets 120, Hero raises to 450, BB raises to 2,075 and is All-In, Hero folds

Results: 1,560 Pot
BB mucked and WON 1,560 (+810 NET)

now I did it like advised here: 3$ SNG KQ steal fail ♦ I lost like 40% of my stack : | Eventually I was third, because luckily they killed off each other the next few hands^^.

I think I call the flop and re-evaluate turn. Go broke if A or Q spikes on turn.
Folding flop is also ok.

I agree with this. If opponent checks to me on the turn I'm betting half-pot with or without a hit.
