Bluff in drawi board

Don't like it! People will call you with A high at NL5 =P. If you are going to bluff, do it with a hand that can improve atleast. He probably had a shitty hand like AK and couldn't find the fold button. But he could have a lot of hands here like sets and two-pairs.

From my experience people don't like to fold at NL5. I wouldn't play like this against an unknown opponent.

I think bet OTF is fine since we have to bet almost every time vs missed cbets at micros, especially when we don't have a very good hand and when we have a draw. We have a gutshot + BDFD in this example. I'm not sure about the turn, but don't hate betting. Villain looks capped because I expect him to cbet flop with 9x, sets and two pairs. If we bet the turn, I feel we have to bet the river, too. If villain would have a straight OTT, he would most likelly check/raise, so I expect to take the pot very often OTR. I would say villain has something like AJ-QJ most likelly and this is often folding vs bigger river bet.

As a whole, We should play this hand passively.
No fold equity on flop and turn and pretty expensive river.

As we do not know villain, we also have no FE. Villain can be anything from aggro to passive. I do not like the call preflop and bet OTR.

I don't like it as a whole. But then there seems to be utter confusion about what the concept "fold equity" is.

I think calling pre-flop is ok.

The flop bet I think is not bad. But it's ok to check also. I would prefer to check.

I don't the turn bet vs unknown. You don't know his style, if he is a calling station, a maniac, etc. What if he calls down with 2nd pair, or top pair? I wouldn't bet vs unknown.

On the river, I agree that if you bet the flop and the turn, you have to bet again on the river. But not betting the turn and the river would be better IMO.

It is not only about math. Too expensive for a bluff.

I am neutral about flop, but once you bet flop, the turn bet has plenty of fold equity. There is one to a straight on the board and one more street to bet. If I was in the shoes of CO, I'd fold everything except redraws (= sets + FD + KQ). I don't see many of those hands there. At any rate, you'd have plenty of FE against me with a turn bet.

You didn't use any knowledge of this guy against him, instead you hoped he might have folded if pressed.
