Can someone give/point to resource about ranges vs 4bets at micros? what to call, what to shove. Depending on positions.

It depends if you play shorthanded or full ring and from with positions the raise, 3bet and 4bet comes from, but normal I would most likely have only a stack off range. We are most likely not closing the action and without knowing more I would only stack off with KK+.

I want from various positions, short handed. Guidelines at least. We discussed a bit in weazels coaching thread, but I decided to create here, so that for others would be easier to find.
