I think we could make bigger bets on the flop and turn because we want to charge his draws and 1 pairs. What is the reason for this river size? I think we have to target Kx and bet 1/2. I'm really not sure what to do vs his raise, but I think we could fold. I doubt he is bluffing his busted flushdraws or raising Kx (even KJ) for value after all the action. I wouldn't blame you for calling, though. Tough to fold a set, especially when there is still the chance that he is bluffing vs our size.

Flop bet is way too small. I'd fold river due to poor odds. Yes, I did notice he is covering you, so river raise is effectively to about $27. This gives 2:1 and we don't "have to" defend bottom set here.
