JJ - SB vs BB

PF I bet 4xBB. Flop is problematic, I think call will bring troubles, because if we call I think we have to call turn as well. That leaves me raise or fold. Fold is too tight for me, so I would probably 4bet him.

That leaves all in turn or check-fold turn if he calls as the next move. He will most often call the flop reraise. I prefer folding or calling at most once.

Folding is not bad. Rasing is. You will face a lot of strong handsand you will have just 2 outs or no outs...
We can call but when the turn completes the draws - we can let it go and move on.

I think we must fold turn here. Flush and straight are possible.

In this board you can cc 3 street: this is a board that you had often missed, as played wp imho

Did you misread the board? There is no way we can check call 3 streets. First OTF we should bet to protect our hand. We don't want to give free cards to villain. OTT any 5 makes a straight and flush is completed. Also sets and 2 pair are possible since this low board hits BB's calling range. I would strongly consider folding OTT and if we call there we must have a lot better bluff catcher to call river.

I would have played the same. I don't think then it's the right play but he seems awfully protecting his hand by raising flop and bet big OTT. That is, if villain knew what hands would approximately call, he may have bet smaller. I think on river after the check we have him beat most of the time.

He means that it is not so wise to xc 3 streets on a flush+straight board with our hand...

I would usually check call some overcards with backdoors. But my main point was that this board is drawy and we can not call 3 streets with pair of jacks.

With this range you are capped here, no good and your cf as pfr very high

Well, at my level guys are not capable of exploiting me and I just don't see the point in playing balanced at the micros.
I would check call this hand if there were overcards on the board, now I would just bet for value and for protection.

I think my check fold is not high. That is because I usually cbet too much because it works and makes me more profit. I can balance my checking range with some check raises and I call some broadways and 88+ when there are overcards. If I know my villain has high bet vs missed cbet I can start floating a lot. So actually I check fold very little.

In this board if i want exploit villain fish i bet 2x pot (for have psb at river) and cf turn on 7s, without info imho it is better a strategy defensive imho
