Shortstacker so probably fish. You hit TPGK and I would bet there OTF. Turn is not that great card but with 2/3 pot left I see no other options. We get calls from weaker Qx and draws.

It's all fine imo. KQo is a very good candidate for 3bet bluffing preflop CO vs UTG. We should have no other options than bet flop and then vs the fish we have to make another bet and make him to go all in OTT. Nice hand!

What exactly is he supposed to call with OTR?

QT or worse? Shortstackers don't open many QT, and never any worse UTG.
TT or worse pp? TT/99 + maybe 88 are probably 3-betting AI preflop.

Sorry, I don't buy this.

The river bet is awful without the assumption that UTG had a successful frontal lobotomy. Some of you guys refuse to acknowledge a player may be loose/nitty based on a 40 hands sample. Now you are dead sure after 9 hands (of which he folded 4.5 hands (however that is possible)) that this dude is brain dead.

SB is short stack and he is AI on the turn.
