I can't understand this sizing... :f_ugly:
There are some bluffs in his range. I think here TT/QQ or bluff. You must choose call against wide Call vs Flop CB IP and fold in other cases.

I would say that in a 3bet pot calling flop and turn and then raising river is never a bluff. Maybe he is brilliant played and knows that and when he misses his FD and knows you have TPTK or overpair he will bluff raise. Without info on this player I think it is best to fold.

I think we have to fold OTR. Personally I would c/c OTR (to some reasonable sizing) or c/f.

Maybe we can bet the river smaller, 1/3. We don't have a value bet with a normal size imo. With smaller bet we target Qx and JJ mostly. We block some busted flushdraws so he has less busted draws OTR. If he raises, it will rarely be a bluff, so we can fold easier. Check/call is also an option imo because he might still have some busted flushdraw which will try to bluff vs missed cbet. Check/fold is also an option if we don't expect him to bluff much and/or value bet worse.

i would just size previous streets to shove the river against fishy-looking player. as played it's probably an annoying fold :f_biggrin:
