SB: $81.04 (324.2 bb)
BB: $26.51 (106 bb)
UTG: $25 (100 bb)
MP: $35.40 (141.6 bb)
CO: $27.26 (109 bb)
Hero (BTN): $30.49 (122 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with J♠: A♠:
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.50, SB raises to $1.75, BB folds, Hero calls $1.25

Flop: ($3.75) 4♥: 5♣: T♠: (2 players)
SB bets $2.25, Hero calls $2.25

Turn: ($8.25) K♣: (2 players)
SB bets $7.88, Hero folds

Preflop: SB is unknown, playing 17/8 in 13 hands. AJs is a standard defend for me vs a 3bet.

Flop: Hit BDFD, BDSD and two overs so decided to call. What about bluff raising? I expect AK and AQ to fold, but also sometimes overpairs would fold by the turn/river. Am I too optimistic with that? I supose folding would be too weak.

Turn: Hit GS, but he bets so big, so I decided to fold. What if he decided to bet 1/2?

This looks well played to me.
OTF I would just call too. Bluff raise is an option but our hand doesn't have that much equity and the pot would be big. If you choose this line and turn improves you, you are probably barreling turn and river whether you hit or not.
OTT I'm not sure you have enough equity even if villain bets only 1/2. I would fold here.

Nice hand, Sir.
As I said earlier, i'm a NL2 fish, but according to the series Walk through the micros by w34z3l, this is exactly the way we should play in 3bet pots.
I don't think you should call a 1/2 pot-size bet OTT. You dont even know if every A is an out for you. So with 4 clear outs only i would not call.
