Looks well played to me. You can actually stab him already OTF. He should have a lot of bluffs in his range which he will give up, you might also fold out some strong Ax that didn't hit.

Yes, we can also 4 bet this preflop. As played it´s fine.

Bluff 4betting with this hand would be fine BUT we don't have any reads how much he will fold to 4bets and his 3betting range looks kind of tight, so I think it might be just burning money at NL2 to bluff 4bet a tight guy. We can do this but we have to choose our opponent wisely :)
