Yea, 3bet pre.
OTF checking is not bad since the board is very dry and someone could have an ace. On the other hand I wouldn't hate a very small bet there because you might get calls from weaker hands.
OTT I think you should start betting.
OTR when anyone isn't interested in the pot I think villain can bet with anything. You have to win 25% to be break even. I think calling would be ok but don't hate folding.

No, the check isn't obvious, I'd probe because I don't wanna see a Q or a K turn.
As played flop, bet turn.
As played so weakly flop and turn, call river, but you don't lose much by folding anyway, you just missed completely the spot.

Preflop is clear 3bet. OTF I agree with checking. Turn is ugly, but what can we do, we got in this bad spot ourselves...
