Could someone give me an idea on how well I'm doing?

So I've been playing for a couple months at the lower stakes casually and my total profit hasn't been too bad so far, but I'm wondering how well I'm doing compared to other players and if I should maybe consider going to higher stakes, I'm only playing 0.55$ and 1.10$ tournaments right now, I tried google'ing some of the answers I was looking for such as :

- what is a good ITM % ratio?
- what is a good avg profit ?
- what are good late/mid/early tournament % finishes ?

Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any direct answer so any help or information that would help further improve my knowledge of poker would be appreciated.

Hello bsgapollo,

Welcome to Pokerstrategy.com :f_thumbsup:
I have moved you post to the learning to win thread so you get a better response

Good results so far. The microstates are very hard fields to crack. Not sure but if memory is right a good solid reg is 10-15% ROI on larger fields.

You should also take a moment to introduce yourself to us.

My regards

Matt

Hey thanks metal, I was afraid I wasn't gonna get a single response but its nice to hear that I'm not doing so bad, I wish I knew what you meant by microstates and having a solid reg on roi, Im still rather new to all the poker terms but every day im learning something new and it's been really fun so far!

I'll start by taking a look on the forums, maybe people will go further in depth and explain what these terms mean.

In this case our sample is way too low for tournaments, but your start is fine so far
You need to play at least 10k tournaments to have a good sample to make analyses on.

You can check out some decent pro’s like Shaundeeb and Moorman1. Then you have some examples how it looks like by them. Off course it will be tough for everyone to get stats like that.

Cheers,
