Getting the free money can take up to 3 business days. Because weekend doesn't count, I would expect you to get your free money by Wednesday.
If you haven't got your money by then, I would suggest opening a ticket with our customer support team. Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.

Okay, so the 888poker welcome bonus should work like this:
You will first get 1$ cash into your account and then $7 worth of tournament tickets (14 tickets for $0.5 buy-in tournaments distributed over a 1 week period, 2 X $0.5 tickets a day).
After that you will have a 80$ pending bonus. This bonus will be released to you in similar 8$ increments. You need to collect 250 bonus points to release one increment.
