No Strategy Points

Hey charbelazah,

Atm we are having some issues with StrategyPoint reporting from Titan. If you contact Titan's support, they should be able to tell you if your account is correctly linked to us.

Please note that the points are not lost, but we need the data to be reported to us in the correct format.

Have you contacted Titan's support? They will be able to verify if your account is linked to us. Until we receive a correct data report including your name, we can't actually verify that your account is correctly linked.

If you have received verification from Titan's support that you are linked to us, then I would suggest opening a ticket with our customer support team.

Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.

Please note that when the SP reports are fixed, that all SPs will be applied so you shouldn't miss out.

Open a ticket with our customer support team.

Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.

Mention to them that Titan have confirmed you are tracked to us (they may require a copy of the email as proof) and ask them which RB deal you are eligible for as you may have missed the email. If you have deposited, be sure to let them know so we can fix up your status upgrade.

Unfortunately, until we get the correct data reports from Titan, the only way to calculate the points is to make a note of the rake/feess you pay and then convert them to SPs at the rate of 3 SPs for every $1 rake/fees.

As far as I know it is only for the first deposits. These things are automated and computers won't show mercy

We have both our people and Titan's working to fix the problem as soon as possible. Once the problem is fixed, you will receive all the SPs you have earned.
