hi i signed up to titan poker using PSVIP and support confirmed im correctly tracked. i deposited 27$ but didnt get the free 30$ or anything else i just got the 200% bonus that i need to release and 10tokens which is the normal offer titan gives to all players. and when i sign in to pstrategy they still tell me u have an unused offer for free starting capital but i did activate it and put my nickname. pls help

In order to get the free 30$ you would have had to deposit at least 30$ or more.
