PokerStars - $0.25 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: $61.83 (9.09/0.00/0.00/11 (V/P/3/H)
Hero (SB): $27.95
BB: $38.25 (0.00/0.00/0.00/1 (V/P/3/H)
UTG: $20.85 (0.00/0.00/0.00/8 (V/P/3/H)
MP: $15.00 (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, Hands: 1)
CO: $26.54 (0.00/0.00/0.00/2 (V/P/3/H)

Hero posts SB $0.10, BB posts BB $0.25

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.35) Hero has K♠:Q♥:

fold, MP raises to $0.75, fold, fold, Hero calls $0.65, BB calls $0.50

Flop: ($2.25, 3 players) K♣:2♠:4♠:
Hero checks, BB bets $1.25, MP calls $1.25, Hero raises to $5.68, BB calls $4.43, MP raises to $14.25 and is all-in, Hero calls $8.57, BB calls $8.57
check-raise quite often closes out the hand, but hear I face a re-raise shove.
Is this 2s or 4s, AK or similar? Pot looked too good to fold it,

Turn: ($45.00, 3 players) 8♦:
Hero bets $12.95 and is all-in, BB calls $12.95
Ooops -- no fold equity with those odds so this probably isn't the best play.

River: ($70.90, 3 players) 3♣:

What do you think?

You are calling preflop because he is shortstack?
Why don't you donk flop when mw?
Why do you build big pot with this hand?
What is the turn card?

Usually KQo is a fold pre in that spot, at least for me.

As played there's no reason to fastplay for me. The board is really dry, only a flushdraw possible. I would check/call and keep the pot small.

As played you isolate yourself vs. better, and I think going broke with toppair Q-kicker is only good if you have the read that Villain is a huge donk. Normally I would just stay tight vs unknowns

Why bluff on the flop (because that is essentially what you are doing)?

It is nearly impossible to win a big pot with that hand. Small pots, yes, never big ones. You are, as you say in OP, dominated by AK or they have sets.

For me KQo is a muck preflop, especially vs a shortstack (but also depedning on the BB). As played, I think our hand is too weak to check/raise for value. I would either donk or check/call, prefer donking.

Fold pre, raise pre, donk post, lots of possibilites that could have prevented that

Everything is already pretty much said.

My thoughts briefly:
1) usually this is a fold pre but if villain is a fish and there are no aggressive squeezers behind calling might be ok?
2) you are multiway and hit TP, I would lead
3) don't see any reason to raise OTF
