TPTK Raised on flop

First tell what your thoughts on 4b are.
Second, isn't it better to just call flop?

I think we can also try to get it in pre CO vs BB, especially vs this guy. As played, I think it's better to call the flop. If he is bluffing with KK (which is not the smartest move there imo), he most likelly won't call our raise. When we raise, I don't expect action from worse thant two pairs. I would just call and probably call it down by the river (maybe even fold at some point earlier). When he shove, I think it's very likelly that we are against AA (true, just one combo), AQ, QQ, A8... and if he plays some kind of a merged strategy, it is possible that 88 is also in his range.

We can 4bet pre and plan to go broke when COvBB.
OTF I would just call too. Now you are way ahead/way behind. If you raise you will isolate yourself against tight range and you have very little chance to improve your hand.

Normally, 3bets are less from BB as the calling range widens. Perhaps this villain is more active than others but we can't tell right now. Therefore, I might plan to go broke here as well.

Agree with calling flop. I understand the logic about this dude having bluffs in his range, but why apply that reasoning once he has 3-bet flop? At that point you have other pretty solid evidence that he really has a hand. Better is to apply it directly once he bets. You have a bluff catcher versus his range. Keep those bluffs in.
