Do we need to squeeze preflop?
Btn overbet river, after he has check behind OTT. I asked myself if he ever slowplay 99 to let a flush catch up and call. QQ definitely bet turn. Does UTG trap?
I thought I was good and called. If we shove is it better here?
Any opinions on how I played the hand?
Thanks guys !

Not sure about squeezing. The ranges are tight because UTG opener but on the other hand I wouldn't want to play 4way. I think both are ok?
Flop and turn seem ok imo. OTR it is just your guess. Non standard play from villain and he is not repping many strong hands.

We can squeeze here.
We can donk on flop mw. On river our pair is not best but there are a lot of weaker ones+bluffs, so calling is ok.
