4handed the table turned quite loose. Villain is basicly unknown but not necessarily solid from what Ive seen.
I cbet because I cbet almost any Flop HU on this limit. Against a regular I'd cbet bigger though because I'd do it with made hands too.
On the turn I'm on c/f, 2nd barrel and c/c dont make sense imo without concrete reads. On the river I basicly only got a bluff catcher. But with these odds I only need 16% equity. But with that betsize its in question if I'm running into a better hand pretty much all the time. He probably would bet a small pocket or busted draw with a bigger bet size?

I do not speak German and cannot understand why do you call on River?

In this hand villains river bet is very very small but I don't expect to win this very often. You could fold but I don't think calling can be a huge mistake?
Btw: since you are OOP I think you could skip the flop cbet with midpair hands.

Flop is so so; check/calling is definitely viable. River is pretty marginal; I doubt he really takes this line with many bluffs in general (he probably bets the turn or bets river larger). That being said, you're getting sick odds so maybe he has the occasional Q9 or 89 type of hand.
