I would go with max 2 streets. Going broke with this hand can't be good, if you don't have info that villain is bluff happy.
I would consider to fold the turn already. You only beat a worse ace that would fire here and I don’t see much weaker aces in his 3bet range.

I think that turn call is fine. We are splitting with AQ now + his sizing is quite small. Also this sizing could be a tell and usually the tell is that a) he is very weak and don't want to invest alot of money or b) he has a fullhouse and wants to trap you. If a is true, they will usually check the river. I expect them to check river with Ax (without FH). When he shoves the river, I expect to see AA, A3, AK, KK in 99% of the time. When we call, we can only hope that we will split, but as I said, I expect him to check the hands that we are splitting with OTR. So it's a clear fold OTR if you ask me.
Ace kicker's (below K) don't play, since the best one (K) is on the board. You'd both have two pairs (AA33) with a king kicker.
