I 3bet preflop as the guy is reg so having quite wide and predictable opening range, so that goes a bit of semibluff and value. As he calls (fold to 3bet 50), most likely he got capped range of medium pockets, JJ, QQ, AK/AQ.

Flop: going for smallish bet to keep his pairs in or maybe lower set.
Continue with the line but he folds, not sure maybe a check back was better?

I really wouldn't go as far as 3 betting 99 in this spot. If you want to widen your 3b range there are many hands you could use before 99.

Post-flop I think we can just bet all 3 streets.

I would not 3bet this pre.
Also I don't understand this "I 3bet preflop as the guy is reg so having quite wide and predictable opening range, so that goes a bit of semibluff and value."

Villains pfr looks very tight, so he doesn't have quite wide range? When the guy has 5pfr and will fold to 3bet only 50% his calling range will crush your hand, also you are not making autoprofit and your hand has 2 outs so it ain't semibluff either?

OTF I can agree with betting in some situations but checking wouldn't be bad either.

Well, 99 is too wide for a 3bet preflop. You want to call preflop and hit a set.
I like it postflop.

Bet-sizing is up to you. I'd bet slightly bigger.

Whether to slowplay turn is obviously up to you too. I'd not do it.
