PokerStars - €0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 4 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 118 BB (VPIP: 25.76, PFR: 20.16, 3Bet Preflop: 10.82, Hands: 2,043)
SB: 266.5 BB (VPIP: 72.73, PFR: 20.20, 3Bet Preflop: 2.17, Hands: 103)
BB: 209.5 BB (VPIP: 25.04, PFR: 21.49, 3Bet Preflop: 7.64, Hands: 2,662)
Hero (CO): 109 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♣ J♦

Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, SB calls 2.5 BB, BB raises to 12 BB, Hero calls 9 BB, fold

Flop: (27 BB, 2 players) 4♣ 9♣ K♥
BB bets 14 BB, Hero calls 14 BB

Turn: (55 BB, 2 players) Q♥
BB bets 39 BB, fold

Spoiler

BB wins 52.5 BB

I was doubting if was better to 4bet pre. 3 bet range from villain (hands went to showdown) are QQ+, QJo+, KQo+, 66-TT, AJ+ with a 3 bet vs CO: 10% and 3bet from BB 10%.

This is not a simple 3b. This is a squeeze. Look at the Squeeze stat!

Now, This is a perfect situation for that. EP tight opener+total fish caller on SB!
You can 4b here.

I guess I can agree with 4betting but just calling shouldn't be terrible.
Postflop is ok.

I prefer a flat.
The fact that BB 3Bs when a fish is present represents strength. If we 4B pre we have to fold to a 5B.
I prefer to see a flop IP with the fish.

As played, this is fine.

The fact that we are tight and SB is a fish is the perfect spot for a squeeze and is away from showing strength. BB seems active and he can do this pretty wide. As a plus he will be UP to the fish and hopes that the tight opener folds.
Our hand is too good to fold but not ok to call and play mw. A good % of the time we are facing an overcard on the board and will be out in the cold.

I think we can do both (sqz and call) but postflop should be played differently. When called, I think we should solely setmine and fold the hand when missed (sometimes even when having an overpair but highly depends to the % of villain c-bets flop). When we 4bet, we should xc at least 1 street and observe turn.

Yeah i guess he can be squeezing slightly looser because there is a fish in the pot.

Mmm I'll have to agree with you on this, it does make sense to 4B here.
Although I don't think the flat is TOO bad, i guess 4B would be the optimal line.
