regular is 20/20 from EP I thought it would be a nice spot to squeeze the fish and EP. Post-flop play I felt not committed and fold. Should I have shot another barrel on turn?

Squeeze is ok.
On this low board you can cbet smaller.

Or not cbet at all. We have just 2 overcards, and on this flop I wouldn't expect to have good fold equity. Villains range is capped but I would expect him to call flop with many hands. So if we want to make him fold we must be prepared to fire several streets and rep AA.

Yes, we can even skip the flop cbet.
