Depends on OPPs of course, but i would go with flat as default.

First, I have moved your hand to the hand discussion board, because it’s fits better here.
On this flop, I would go for it, because the flop is wet and there are a lot of ugly turn cards for us.

We can donk flop when mw.
As played, you should makea solid raise with the plan to go AI. You play PPs preflop with the hope to hit a set and when you do hit, it is ok to play for stacks.

I would lead OTF and as played it is a mandatory raise imo.
