42/33, 600bb stack and coldcalling from the SB is a weak-aggressive player tbh. A lot of hands villain could hold beat you as KT, KJ, KQ, K9, K8s, 66. I'd call.

BTW i think is fold pre, i'd tighten up a bit to this villain at the blinds and play for value.

I would call the river. Even if villain overbets twice I think you have to call because you underrepped your hand.

Villain bets a little bit over pot on turn and river and you ask if you should raise...
Just call and make a note.

Raise is not an option IMO, however, we can definitely call here. We have enough equity to make up for our losses

Just to emphasize what have been said repeatedly: Raising can only cost you money, it will never win any money. Two pair isn't stupid enough to call.

I actually like the flop check-back. I don't think your purpose is the same as mine. I am not slowplaying, I am keeping the pot small, possibly inducing him to bluff or hit his hand giving him two pair. (The downside is the FD.) As a general rule, if the pot gets big, you lose. Checking back flop is the best way to get two bets in where you are actually a favorite.

Being on sb vs btn (micro stakes) encourage people to defend very wide (rightly so), thus the mini raise should be elevated to 2,5bb at least
