Mmm... I really felt lost at this hand, I think I should have jammed OTF. I also think this guy 3bet-call range is pretty wide (based on his stats)
Only 99 had me OTR and since there are 2 9's i think it's less probable, 89 could stack here and QQ, AK I think playing IP he would've raise.
