Yes, charge his flushdraw.

If river doesnt bring a :diamond: or K even a 3rd barrel is ok seen his WTS.

NH.Turn improves us and we will likely get paid if hit, as our backdoor is really disguised.
I dont like a 3rd barrel after being called twice on a K high board though. Just give up if you dont improve.
